Brightpath Foundations, recently celebrated a major milestone fundraising event held from January 30th to February 2nd, 2025. Our combined passion for sports and social impact powered this successful fundraiser.
Brightpath Foundations is built on a powerful mission: to empower women and girls from underprivileged backgrounds by providing essential skills, resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help them become successful entrepreneurs and leaders. At the heart of our work lies an unwavering commitment to creating pathways to financial independence for women, recognizing that these pathways look different depending on individual circumstances.
The recent fundraiser was a true embodiment of our vision. Hosted at Lifetime Fitness in Garland, Texas, Brightpath Foundations organized a Women's Professional Squash Association (PSA) Challenger Tournament—an international sporting event that brought together world-class women athletes from the United States and across the globe. Over four inspiring days, the event not only showcased top-tier squash talent but also united the local community, athletes, and supporters around a shared goal of empowerment and equality. We received Mayor awards and commendations from the Mayors of Plano and Garland for our efforts. The Mayor of Garland inaugurated the event and presented awards.
The proceeds from this event will directly fund Brightpath Foundations’ grassroots initiatives, helping to uplift women and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Foundation is proud to collaborate with organizations like Udyogini and AHCT, whose on-the-ground efforts complement Brightpath’s mission of driving sustainable change and building brighter futures.
Through events like these, Brightpath Foundations is not only raising critical funds but also building a movement—one that believes in the power of education, entrepreneurship, and mentorship to break cycles of poverty and discrimination.
As Brightpath continues to grow, we hope to exemplify youth leadership, compassion, and the transformative power of taking action.
Together, we are lighting the way to a brighter, and more equitable future.
