Our grassroots partner Udyogini is dedicated to the empowerment and entrepreneurship of women in order to achieve gender equality.
Udyogini strives towards enabling women to drive socio- economic transformation by creating sustainable
livelihoods through building women’s capacity (knowledge, attitude, skills), fostering
viable micro enterprises, unlocking market opportunities and nurturing a supportive
ecosystem. They envision a world where women claim their space with freedom, respect, and the power to make their own choices.
Puthri
Avtar Human Capital Trust (AHCT) is a not for-profit grassroot partner working in the field of economic empowerment of women. Through their flagship project ‘Puthri’they are making steady in roads to reach out to over 10,000 underprivileged girl children in the age group of 13 to 18 years studying in government schools across India, and making them career intentional every year. Through Nipuni they equip college girls 18 through 23 years old, with essential skills to transition into the corporate workforce, with a focus on building a self-reliant and skilled future workforce.

At Brightpath Foundations, we know that lasting impact is only possible through strong, meaningful partnerships.We proudly collaborate with grassroots organizations, local nonprofits, and community leaders who share our vision. Our key partnerships are with Udyogini and AHCT (Project Purthri and Nipuni) organizations, working directly with underprivileged women and girls in India. Together, we help create pathways to financial independence — from supporting women entrepreneurs in rural villages to providing mentorship and employability training for young girls in urban centers.We also work with mentors, educators, and business leaders who volunteer their time and skills to inspire, train, and guide the next generation of women entrepreneurs and leaders.Through these collaborations, Brightpath Foundations builds a powerful network of support — ensuring that every girl and woman we reach has the resources, community, and encouragement she needs to step into her fullest potential.​​​​
